Tina Lund began at Urbanomics as a research assistant, manually entering Census and Department of Labor data for analysis. Now a principal, she is responsible for most of her firm’s comprehensive development strategies and economic and fiscal impact studies, serving public and private clients. Her firm’s data-driven approach to decision-making has been successfully applied to planning growth investment areas of Somerset County; the World Trade Center Redevelopment Master Plan; Bridgeport, and Connecticut’s Comprehensive Economic Development Strategy. Ms. Lund co-developed and taught the Pratt Institute’s course in applied demography and has been a guest lecturer in demographics, data collection, and geospatial analysis graduate courses at NYU and Princeton. She is a past vice president of professional development for the American Planning Association’s Metro New York chapter.
