Oregon LOCUS is an advocacy organization that supports state and local policies that promote the development of dense, walkable neighborhoods that are economically, socially and environmentally sustainable. In addition to serving as the first executive director of Oregon LOCUS, Mike Kingsella also serves as development manager with Holland Partner Group, a vertically integrated commercial real estate investment organization focused on developing mixed-use communities in core urban infill and transit-oriented locations. Current assets under management and development represent $7.5 billion across 25,000 apartment homes throughout the western United States. Mr. Kingsella has more than 12 years of experience in commercial real estate investment, capital markets, and asset management. He is a member of the Urban Land Institute’s Transit Oriented Development Product Council.
