At Pennrose, Lopa Kolluri provides strategic direction and day-to day administration. Prior to joining the firm she served as deputy chief of staff to Secretary Shaun Donovan at the U.S. Department of Housing and Urban Development, with responsibility for managing and coordinating HUD’s programs and policies with its budgeting, legislative and external affairs divisions. She was active in the Federal Taskforce for Hurricane Sandy and led efforts to establish its operation in New Jersey. She has also served as New Jersey’s assistant state treasurer for economic development, as director of housing and community resources for the state Department of Community Affairs, and as policy director at the New Jersey Housing and Mortgage Finance Agency. She began her career in affordable housing at the Fannie Mae Foundation in Washington, D.C.
